During your session, you will lie in a comfortable side-lying position with supportive pillows, allowing your body to fully relax without putting pressure on your abdomen. Pressure is always adjusted to ensure you feel comfortable throughout the massage.

Pregnancy massage is generally recommended from the second trimester onwards, when the body is more stable, and treatments can safely help relieve common discomforts such as back pain, muscle tension, and swelling.
